RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES. IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, COLOUR OR PRODUCT, RETURN THE PURCHASED PRODUCT AND PLACE A NEW ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE. THE SHIPPING CHARGES OF THE NEW EXCHANGED PURCHASE WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE. HOWEVER, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND OTHER EXPENSES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

 

RETURNS. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE ONLY IF YOUR IZZYDOGG BED HAS NOT BEEN OPENED AND THE PRODUCT IS UNUSED. BEDS, COVERS AND BLANKETS MUST BE IN THE  SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT (UN-USED, UN-WASHED, UN-DAMAGED OR DIRTY) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED IN A NON-SELLABLE CONDITION, IN THIS CASE THE ITEM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.

 

IF YOU MEET THESE CONDITIONS, ITEM(S) CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE.  PLEASE CONTACT US AT CONTACT@IZZYDOGG.COM FOR ALL RETURN DETAILS. SHIPPING COSTS OF THE PURCHASE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND OTHER EXPENSES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ITEM WITH A MANUFACTURING DEFECT PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AT CONTACT@IZZYDOGG.COM WITH PHOTOS OF THE ISSUE. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU AND INFORM YOU ON HOW TO PROCEED.

 

REFUNDS. ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED, INSPECTED AND ACCEPTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE E-MAIL NOTIFYING YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT. THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE YOUR RETURN ITEM HAS BEEN APPROVED. THE REFUND WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED, WITHIN 30 DAYS. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
